Finding a guide for Hyperdimension Neptunia is an oddly difficult task! So here I’ve assembled a list of guides to help you progress, grind or trophy hunt in each game.
Know something I don’t? Leave a comment if you find something else to add (links are okay). You can also reach me on Twitter or email contact at sirtaptap dot com.

- Remakes (Vita/PC)
- Side Games (Vita)

Guides for understanding/enjoying the series as a whole rather than looking for help playing a specific game.
That’s this guide you’re reading now. It functions as a top-level listing of all sorts of relevant guides and info and is a good resource for people completely lost in the series.

Which Game is Which??
I know some people have problems with this due to the unusual naming, remakes and sidegames. There are four main games, and each “Rebirth” is a remake of the three PS3 games. So info for HDN1, Mk2 and Victory is largely similar for Rebirth 1, 2 & 3, though all had moderate to major changes as well so it’s best to use a guide for the remake if possible, but stuff like ending conditions is probably pretty close.
The Vita and PC versions of the Rebirth games are basically the same as far as guides are concerned, and I think the achievements are the same so just use the trophy guide for Steam. Note that there’s always trophies for each ending so use the trophy guide to find ending conditions too.
Main Games (PS3, PS4)
Hyperdimension Neptunia (PS3)
A surprisingly complete walkthrough, though I haven’t played the game to vet it’s accuracy.
Editors Note: Don’t start with Neptunia 1 PS3. Play Mk2, Rebirth 1 or 2. Combat system is really bad and it’s not a good intro to the series.
Neptunia Mk2 (PS3)
Neptunia Victory (PS3)
Megadimension Neptunia Victory II (PS4)
CyberDimension Neptunia 4 Goddess Online
Neptunia Re;birth 1
Editor’s Note: Rebirth 1 has a few difficulty-spike bosses that will ruin your day. I’m sorry. Maybe start with Rebirth 2 then 1 honestly, but most importantly know that the difficulty spikes aren’t really in the other games.
Neptunia Re;birth 2: Sisters Generation
Neptunia Re;birth 3: V Century
Side Games (Vita)
These aren’t really as complex so I’m not sure what’d you’d need beyond a trophy guide, but as always let me know if there’s stuff to link.
Neptunia PP: Producing Perfection
This game is minor-missable central so read a guide if you really want 100%
Neptunia U: Action Unleashed
Trophy list Note that there are a few missable quests early on, don’t do the red quests until all others are done and view all events immediately and you should be good, the rest is mostly grinding.
Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart
Again there are missables, and also a totally insane amount of totally mindless lilly grinding. Can’t recommend going for platinum. They really need to chill with some of the trophy requirements.
Extreme Dimension Tag Blanc + Neptune VS Zombie Army
SuperDimension Neptune vs Sega Hard Girls
Hyperdimension Neptunia Articles
A collection of relevant interviews, articles, and other information about the series as a whole rather than guides.
